That, of course, really depends upon your sensitivities. We love this way of eating since it also focuses on local, organic produce and good farming techniques.
That said, dairy products is NOT for everybody & we humans need to wean ourselves if we want to have healthy & long lives on this earth. I gone strict Paleo about one year ago & kept all the heart healthy crap the doctors were advising” me to eat & Most of my adverse health issues were gone within the first 3 months of eliminating dairy, grains, sugars, & processed foods. I am happier & better than I've ever been & lost 30 pounds by doing little or nothing apart from eating! It requires perseverance to learn what works for every of us. I know I am going to never get back to abusing my body with crappy foods again!
